Warsaw Dialogue: Live WEBSTREAMING

The conference Warsaw Dialogue on Scaling-Up Local and Subnational Climate Action during the 19th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC COP19). 
The meeting, organized by City of Warsaw and Polish Ministry of Environment in close collaboration with ICLEI and supported by the UNFCCC Secretariat, will be held in Warsaw from 20 to 21 November. 
The Warsaw Dialogue's agenda on 20 November will focus on a roundtable discussion on the subjects of energy efficiency of buildings and cities' infrastructure, waste management, transport systems and adaptation to climate change. The participants will represent mainly Cities, City Organizations, with additional presence of Polish government, UNFCCC, environmental NGOs and sector of science. While on 21 November representatives of Cities, City Organizations and Local Authorities will be formally a part of this dialogue during the High Level Segment with the representatives of the Parties to the Convention. Dialogue between mayors and ministers will be open to all participants of COP19 and will be focused on enhancing adaptation and resilience at the local level and enhancing global mitigation efforts through action at the local level.
